About
Two tools.
One mission.
Honest feedback is the rarest resource in product development. We built two tools to make it accessible at every stage of the research process.
Brutal Feedback
brutalfeedback.xyz
Brutal Feedback is a concept validation tool built for the early stages of product research: when you have an idea and need to pressure-test it before investing in development.
It gives you access to 10 AI personas: students, consultants, hotel managers, Airbnb hosts, university rectors, each with a distinct background, set of priorities, and communication style. You pitch your concept. They react honestly. No social pressure, no courtesy bias, no filter.
The goal is not to simulate a real user interview. It is to surface the objections, blind spots, and assumptions you haven't questioned yet, before you talk to real people.
10 AI personas
Students, consultants, operators, hosts
Voice + Chat
Conversational, not survey-based
Instant feedback
No scheduling, no recruitment
No courtesy bias
Personas don't soften the truth
Concept iteration
Refine before you build

Build your own target profile
BrutalTesting
brutaltesting.xyzBrutalTesting is the quantitative counterpart to Brutal Feedback. Where Brutal Feedback gives you qualitative depth (real reactions, objections, nuance), BrutalTesting gives you structured, comparative data across user segments.
It is designed for A/B and A/B/C interface testing: you define the variants, select the demographic target, and BrutalTesting runs the survey across a calibrated synthetic population, producing statistically grounded preference scores, task completion rates, and usability signals.
The result is a customer voice dataset: a structured, quantified picture of how different user profiles respond to your interface choices, ready to inform design decisions, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
A/B/C testing
Compare up to 3 interface variants
Demographic targeting
Calibrated synthetic population
Customer voice dataset
Structured, quantified output
Bayesian scoring
Statistically grounded preferences
Usability signals
Task completion, friction points
Research-ready export
Direct input to your repository
How they work together
Brutal Feedback
Pressure-test your concept
Before building anything, pitch your idea to AI personas. Identify the objections, the missing pieces, the assumptions that don't hold. Iterate on the concept until the reactions make sense.
BrutalTesting
Test your interface variants
Once you have a working prototype or mockup, run it through BrutalTesting. Compare variants across demographic segments. Quantify preferences. Build a customer voice dataset grounded in real behavioral signals.
Customer Voice
Build with evidence
The output of both tools feeds directly into your research repository: qualitative insights from Brutal Feedback, quantitative preference data from BrutalTesting. Together they form a complete picture of your user, before you've spent a euro on development.
