How does the 7-day free trial work?
Starter and Pro plans include a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before the trial expires and you owe nothing.
How is conversation time measured?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of conversation time (e.g. ~2h, ~10h, ~40h). One exchange with a persona typically lasts 3–5 minutes. The system tracks usage automatically and notifies users when the allowance is nearly exhausted.
What happens when credits run out?
Users see a friendly message: "You've exhausted your questions, ask your admin for help." The admin can top up credits or upgrade the plan at any time.
What are custom personas?
You can create personas tailored to your research context. Write a system prompt, and the platform automatically generates an avatar image and assigns a voice. Custom personas are private to your account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Top-ups purchased manually do not expire.
